Routes support

Routes maps the world's greatest driving roads, from the UK and the Alps to the USA, Japan and beyond, with a rich roadbook for every one. If you've hit a snag or have a question, you're in the right place.

Get in touch

The quickest way to reach me is email: simon@keane.studio. I read everything and reply personally. If something's gone wrong, tell me your device, your iOS version, and what happened, and I'll get it sorted.

Do I need an account?

No. Routes works fully without signing in. Sign in with Apple is optional and only used to confirm it's you across devices.

What is Routes Pro?

Routes Pro unlocks Drive Mode, the best-days-to-drive forecast, 3D fly-bys, the Grand Tours, unlimited saving and logging, shareable route cards, home-screen widgets, offline access and iCloud sync. You can go Pro with a yearly subscription that starts with a free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Every road is free to explore.

How does syncing work?

Your saved roads and your Passport sync across your devices through your own iCloud account, using Apple's CloudKit. It happens automatically when you're signed in to iCloud.

The weather or conditions aren't showing

Live conditions and the best-days-to-drive forecast need an internet connection and Apple's WeatherKit. If they're blank, check you're online and try reopening the road.

Privacy

Routes collects no personal data. You can read the full privacy policy for the detail.

A note on safety

Routes is about scenery, craft and the joy of driving, never speed. Always obey the law, drive to the conditions, and never interact with the app while driving.
