Guide
The best driving roads in Italy
Italy is the one that has everything. Glacier passes in the north, the Dolomite hairpins, a cliff road along the Amalfi Coast, and then Sardinia and Sicily doing something else entirely. These are the best of the 56 Italian roads we have mapped, icons first, from the 2,757 m Stelvio Pass down. Every one is traced from real road geometry and fact-checked.
Narrower cuts of the same question: the Dolomites on their own.
